Terms and Conditions of Sale

STOCK  ITEMS (RINGS ALREADY MADE AND READY TO POST)

 

  • Cancellations can be easily made before dispatch within the first 24 hours of checkout. If the item has already been dispatched (after 24 hours) you need to wait for delivery of the item so you can return the item.

  • Ready to buy stock items are refundable 14 days from the day after you have received the item, and must be returned  within 14 days of  informing us that you wish to cancel. This is providing they are in the same condition when bought and not subject to damage by the consumer. 

  • Customers are also responsible for return postage costs unless due to the unlikely event of a manufacturing issue or seller error.

BESPOKE, CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ITEMS REQUIRING CAD DESIGN

  • Cancellations of orders within the first 7 days following payment are refundable, minus a £100 non refundable deposit. After 7 days it is non-refundable.

  • The £100 non refundable deposit however can be used as credit towards other items of jewellery within 12 months of the date the deposit was paid.

  • After a CAD design is approved, no refund will be given and full payment will still be required upon completion.

  • As per the distance selling regulations, bespoke items are non refundable, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

  • We are not liable for any size changes requested after sizing at the time of purchase. Upon ordering, please take the time of year into consideration as this can cause your fingers to swell. If you are getting married abroad in a warmer climate please also take this into consideration - as your fingers may swell. We will try our best to give you sizing advice within our expertise, but only with the contributing factors you disclose to us (e.g. weight loss, pregnancy etc.) Any size changes due to conditions not disclosed to us (e.g. weight gain, medications causing swelling) - we are not liable to pay for resizing.

  • In the unlikely event your ring arrives and the sizing is not correct as per order details - then we can offer resizes free of charge.

  • Turnaround time of custom orders is 6-8 weeks from the date of customer approval of the graphic design. During Wedding Season please allow up to 10 weeks, due to it being a busy time.
     

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL ITEMS

All items come with 3 months warranty which includes:

  • Tarnishing of metal where aftercare advice has been followed correctly

  • Stone falling out with no apparent cause

  • Loosening or bending of claws.

 

We do not cover for any of the above happening from:

  • Accidental damage or being knocked on a hard surface

  • Washing up/House work /Heavy lifting

  • Heavy exercise

  • Swimming or while asleep.

 

We advise you to take off your rings when doing any of the above tasks to keep your rings in perfect condition. (12 month warranty available to purchase at £49 extra).

 

Please note, during design consultations FOR BESPOKE RINGS professional advice will be given regarding your custom design. This includes durability, practicality and longevity of the design you have chosen.

Ignoring this advice could mean that your chosen design is made with aesthetics in mind rather than the durability of the piece. Due to this, we cannot offer warranty on pieces where our advice on durability is ignored.

 

Ring sizers will be sent out to ensure a good fit or you will be measured by us to avoid disappointment, if they are not used then a resize fee of £40 minimum will apply.

 

Any leftover metal from preowned ring alterations will be processed as scrap automatically unless instructed otherwise. 


If you are invoiced details and prices which have already been agreed upon, non confirmation to an order summary and no changes requested are to be taken as confirmation after payment.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.
